Catit Magic Blue Litter Box Air Purifier

The Catit Magic Blue Litter Box Air Purifier is a clip-in cartridge for a hooded litter box that draws air through filter pads to cut ammonia and faecal odour.

Key Features

• Clips into the lid of a hooded litter box
• Catit says it absorbs and holds up to 80% of ammonia, and cuts faecal odour by around 40% depending on diet
• Catit says it absorbs roughly 25 times more ammonia gas than an activated carbon filter
• Non-toxic
• Pads are replaceable - refills sold separately

Good To Know

• A filter reduces smell, it doesn't replace daily scooping or a full litter change.
• Catit's guide is to replace the pads roughly every 30 days. Budget for refills.
• It needs a hooded or covered litter box to work. It does nothing clipped to an open tray.
• A tray that smells strongly of ammonia within a day or two usually means it needs changing more often, or that a cat's urine has changed - worth a vet check.
• Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
