Q: How can I dilute earthbath® Shampoos and Conditioners ?

A: earthbath® shampoos and conditioners are highly concentrated for maximum effectiveness. They can be used directly from the bottle, but we advise using them sparingly since a little goes a long way! If you prefer to dilute the product with water, please follow these recommendations: Pour the desired amount of product into a separate, clean container. Dilute according to the recommended ratios below. Use the diluted solution within 24 hours. Q: Do I need to dilute earthbath® shampoo before using ?

A: No. earthbath is very mild and is blended to be used full strength. Should you wish to make your shampoo go further, you may dilute it up to 10 parts water to 1 part shampoo. Gallons may be diluted 33 parts water to 1 part shampoo.

Q: Does earthbath® have a tearless shampoo ?

A: earthbath® Ultra-Mild Puppy Shampoo and Hypo-Allergenic Shampoo both feature tearless formulas (yay!). However, we still strongly suggest being careful when washing around the eyes and face (it's a sensitive area!).

Q: Why can't I use earthbath® Dirty Dog Shampoo on my cat ?

A: We don't recommend using earthbath® Dirty Dog Shampoo on kitties as one in one million cats are allergic to orange oil. (Also, cats don't usually like the smell of orange oil!)

Q: What should I do if I get shampoo in my pets' eyes ?

A: If you do get shampoo in your pet’s eye (ouch!), please flush the eye with warm water immediately. If any symptoms of eye swelling are visible, be sure to consult your veterinarian right away.

Q: Are earthbath® Grooming Wipes flushable ?

A: In order to make our new & improved Grooming Wipes strong, we had to forgo flush-ability. Sometimes you just can’t have your cake and eat it too. In all seriousness, we never advise flushing any grooming wipes down the toilet, even if they are labeled flushable. Please dispose of our wipes in the garbage.
