Very nice shape, they always send a present with their orders, and last time they were kind enough to send me free bag of dry cat food and one wet for street cats and they refused to charge, a petshop that support strays to me is the always to go to shop, besides their prices are so good compared to others and they have quality stuff ,highly recommended
